Email Signature

The email signature needs to be the same for all employees, contractors and collobrators that have a company's email address. Each person needs to create their email signature and set it up on all their devices.


Elements of the signature:

  1. Logo of the company
  2. Your full name (first name and last name)
  3. Your role or position
  4. Company Name
  5. Your phone number : direct line for sales people, main number with extensions for everyone else
  6. Your email address
  7. Your Mobile phone
  8. Insert the Company logo:


How to create the signature:

  1. Go to https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator#form-tab-style
  2. Choose a theme for your signature: Image Left - 2 Column
  3. Add all the information in the right fields
  4. Select the first design - on the right side
  5. Click SAVE
  6. Select the email client : Gmail or Outlook
  7. Follow the instructions shown
