The email signature needs to be the same for all employees, contractors and collobrators that have a company's email address. Each person needs to create their email signature and set it up on all their devices.
Elements of the signature:
- Logo of the company
- Your full name (first name and last name)
- Your role or position
- Company Name
- Your phone number : direct line for sales people, main number with extensions for everyone else
- Your email address
- Your Mobile phone
- Insert the Company logo:
How to create the signature:
- Go to https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator#form-tab-style
- Choose a theme for your signature: Image Left - 2 Column
- Add all the information in the right fields
- Select the first design - on the right side
- Click SAVE
- Select the email client : Gmail or Outlook
- Follow the instructions shown
