Meetings

Meetings are an essential way to communicate information within a group. There are different types of meetings: internal, external, in person, conference calls, and video.

Objectives:

Internal: between the ACT/TIN team, those meetings are very important to determine priorities and update everyone on the latest developments.

External: usually with clients or investors, those meetings are generally outside of the main office.

The following process should be followed for all meetings:

  1. Official meeting request (which specifies date, time, and people you wish to participate)
  2. Someone needs to officially chair the meeting so that the meeting can be productive, controlled, and professional.
  3. Someone needs to be assigned as a minute-taker, who will post the meeting minutes onto teamwork
  4. An agenda should be sent to participating individuals beforehand
